Next Day Delivery

Make a Happy Beaks order over 1.8kg before 3pm, and it will fly its way out to you the next working day.

Orders made to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, as well as Isle of Man and selected additional areas, may carry an additional charge and will sadly not receive next day delivery.

Free Delivery

What's better than next day delivery? Free next day delivery of course! Postage is on us on any order over 12.75kg or £25 (excluding postage). See below for area exclusions.

Standard Postage Charges

All orders between 1.8kg and 12.75kg, that are under £25 will incur a charge of £3.95, with additional charges levied on selected locations.

For orders under 1.8kg that are also under £25 the postage rate is just £2.95, with additional charges levied on selected locations.

Stock Issues

In the event that one or more items on your order are out of stock or currently unavailable, then we may send send items separately so we don't delay your order. We'll then either send the out of stock products when they come back in, or in the rare event that the product is being discontinued, issue a full refund. If this occurs you will be notified by email or post.

Couriers

For all deliveries over 1.8kg, Happy Beaks sends orders with DX. This gives you a next working day service, and you will receive an email on the day of delivery telling you that your order is on the road. For all orders below 1.8kg, we use Royal Mail First Class Post.

We do not provide tracking for Royal Mail deliveries.
